Booking and Cancelation Policy
7 Day Cancelation Policy for All Boarding, Dog Training, and PEMF Therapy Sessions.

Boarding:
-
Payment is due at pick up, but may be paid the week of your service date. Please do not pay weeks in advance in case of cancellation or any scheduling changes so that your invoice can be easily updated as needed. Anyone not paying at pick up for any reason has 5 days to pay in full for their services. If payment is not made, there will be a 30% cancelation fee.
-
If you must cancel, please do so at least 7 days from your scheduled appointment start date. Anyone canceling within 7 days of their boarding stay will be required to pay 50% of the cost of services that would have been rendered.
-
Any schedule changes that result in your dog returning home early are subject to a 25% fee for the remaining nights.
-
All pick up and drop off times are by appointment. Please be aware that I am not always available or have other things scheduled. If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
-
Any pick up ups after 10pm will be charged for that night of boarding due to the later pick up time.

Board and Trains:
-
All board and trains require a meet and greet. This will be your consultation to develop a training plan for your dog. This information will also be briefly covered at your drop off, so please allow additional time for this.
-
All board and trains will be paid on a weekly invoice basis. All payments are due by the invoice due date. If payments are not made within 5 days of the due date, a 30% fee will apply for that invoice.
-
If you must reschedule your board and train, please do so with at least 7 days notice. Anyone canceling within 7 days of their board and train start date will be responsible for 50% of the fees for that 1st week's invoice plus 25% off all of the remaining weeks.
-
All pick up dates are set based on the number of weeks/days your dog has signed up for. Any additional days past your dog's scheduled pick up date will be charged the boarding rate for those nights.
-
All board and trains include a go home lesson to show you what the dog has learned and how to apply those new skills for you to work on them at home. If you cannot devote an hour for your pick up time, please pick your dog up at a later date. I will not send a dog home without a go home lesson so that their training remains clear to them when they return home.
-
If you would like to upgrade your training package to continue on their training, a discount is available. You also have the option to enroll in private lessons after you complete your board and train.

Dog Training Classes and Private Lessons:
-
All classes require a meet and greet. This will be your initial consultation to develop a training plan for your dog. Private lessons and sport dog training lessons are only available to pre-existing clients or by approval.
-
All classes and lessons will be conducted at a location of my choosing near Baden or in my home. I do not offer training at your home, but can offer referrals for someone that can help you with this.
-
For classes, you will sign up for 6 weeks worth of private lessons at one time. You will pay on a weekly basis for all private lessons and training classes. If you do not pay within 5 days of your due date, a 30% fee will be issued for that week's invoice.
-
If you must reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 7 days notice. Any cancelations within 7 days of your session will be responsible for 50% of the fee for that week's session.
-
Any missed lessons will need to be rescheduled. Anyone that paid the 50% fee for a short notice cancelation will be required to pay full price for their rescheduled session. If you choose not to reschedule, no refunds will be issued.

Magnawave PEMF Therapy:
